Description:

 This program 'Cut' and 'Join' multiple MP3 files at frame.
You play files, select 'START_FRAME' and 'STOP_FRAME' to 
cut and join ALL secvences in ONE MP3 file.


 The MP3 Player used by this program is based on XAUDIO 
player engine - see at http://www.xaudio.com.
